For private-pay clients, my hourly rate is $ 225 for a full 60-minute session. This includes free intermittent 10-minute check-ins and supportive coaching between appointments as needed, within reason.

It depends on your situation and goals. I offer 8-12 week programs in e.g. mindfulness, over coming depression, taking control of your anxiety and more. I also provide long term counseling. It is usually best to start therapy on a weekly basis, but this can be adjusted depending on your needs and schedule.
